Chiefs Singing a New Song
Submitted By wtichenoff on Wednesday, January 11, 2012
It was a "BIG" day for the "Little Chiefs."  First, the team moved up one spot in the rankings.  This put them into ninth place; one spot above the Junior Knights.  At 7:30 pm, on the same day, it was time to show the LJ Knights that we were for real.  In a hard fought game, that saw the score see-saw back and forth, the boys pulled off a solid win.  The final score was 4-3.  These two teams have split the 4 games played so far; each having one home and one away win.  This is just a taste of the playoffs to come.  Both groups of boys played a fantastic level of hockey.  The arena has been packed for the last two outings.  All those grueling practices are starting to pay off.  Way to go boys!!
