Mandatory Team Sign and Fit Night

Congratulations on being selected as an Elgin Middlesex Chief for the 2019/20 season! 

There is a mandatory signing / fitting night at the Komoka arena upstairs in the London Life Room, for your team on either Tuesday April 30th or Wednesday May 1st.

At the Sign and Fit, each player and parent will sign a mandatory Code of Conduct.

Pete's Sports will be at the sign / fit night with Chiefs merchandise for sale, and to size players for their jerseys (if you do not have them already) and team wear. *All purchases must be paid for in full to Pete's Sports on Fit night, they accept cash, debit, Visa and MC.  Coaches will have a list of mandatory team wear items for their team, anything on that list is paid for out of your team fund*


The Elgin Middlesex Chiefs registration fee for the 2019/20 season is $2250.00.  Registration payments may be paid in one installment or in 3 installments of $750 each.  Payment is mandatory at the signing night.
 

The three post dated cheques will be dated:

September 15 ($750)

October 1 ($750)

November 1 ($750)

Fittings will not take place for your player until registration payment has been made.

Tuesday April 30th:

6pm  Minor Atom

7pm  Minor Peewee

8pm  Minor Bantam

9pm  Minor Midget  



Wednesday May 1st:

6pm  Major Atom

7pm  Major Peewee

8pm  Major Bantam

9pm  Major Midget Coach to select team wear
