Dry Land Dates Added

Please note a series of dates have been added to our calender starting at the end of October.

As outlined at our team meeting; Wendy Glover will be running the sessions tailored specifically to our boys age.

As Wendy explained, these sessions will not be geared to conditioning but to total body movement etc. 

These sessions will be beneficial to the future development of our boys and a lot of fun.
